REHEATING & CARVING INSTRUCTIONS
If you don't plan on eating your meal as soon as you pick up, follow these instructions for best results:
Keeping Food Warm
All meat, garlic bread and hot sides (brussel sprouts, brisket beans, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes) containers should be placed directly into a oven at 'warm' or 150 degrees. Do not open the lids - place directly onto oven racks until serving. Do not keep in ovens overnight - this is for same day serving only.
Keeping Food Cold
All salads, dressings, fixin's and cold sides (potato salad, slaw, beets & feta) should be placed into a refrigerator. Do not open lid containers - place directly into fridge until serving.
Reheating instructions
For best results, meats should be reheated in an oven. Please allow for at least 30 minutes, depending on the amount of food. Set oven temperature to 200 degrees and periodically check the temperature of the meats. Meats are ready for serving when they reach an internal temperature of 145 - 155 degrees. Use a food thermometer to temp the food.
Meats can be reheated in the microwave for faster results. This method may slightly dry out meats like brisket or tri tip. See oven reheating instructions above for the preferred reheating approach.
